MUT Support please read

Guys:
1) whenever your next blog post/update is, please list what problems you have fixed specifically. Please do not give a broad statement saying that you fixed numerous issues. We want to know exactly what was changed.
2)please add the numerous collections that was promised to us with the games launch.
3)please make del rio, chiefs and raiders stadiums available in packs at a boosted rate.
4)100k minimum auction price for a legend is way too much. If u haven't noticed, none of the legends are selling on AH mainly because anyone who buys a pack gets one, there are like thousands of legends on AH with no bidders.
5)Please stop boosting packs. I should not have been able to have a 99ov team within one day, without buying coins, etc..
6)Add new legends.|||agree|||5) i disagree....everyone including new guys this year should be able to have the best team possible without spending enormous amounts of money...

It shouldn't be too difficult for newbies to get a good team, but it shouldn't be this easy for guys who like to spend months building a highly rated team either. And right now, wouldn't you say its easy to pull the best guys? Even in 6k packs? I had a pack this morning with Gates, Aso, Fitz and Beason. It was a 6k pack!|||lol people complained last year it was to hard now people complain its to easy...i guess u cant please everyone|||

but not the most important one Deion Sanders is a must have I mean Prime Time boost is a neccessity!,,|||7 leg packs in and only 1 legend (dickerson) .. maybe my luck|||Man. 7 leg packs and only one legend? That is bad luck... maybe ur next one will be Deion lol they owe ya.
Its hard to please everyone that's for sure... but it does seem like there is a lot more negative things being said about MUT this yr than last yr...
I'm impatient I guess. I just want stuff fixed and daily updates! Lol|||PLEASE HELP...
I tried to purchase and download a ultimate team pack when Madden 12 was being spotlighted on Xbox. The download came down and I got the license however when I go to MUT I get the following message.

Pending Purchases
Your have one or more purchased items that you have not yet received. Please re-select the item from the screen where you oriinally purchased it. You will not have to buy the item again to receive this purchase

Ultimate Pack (1)
I have the hall of fame edition and I purchased this pack the day it came out. I have purchased Legendary packs after this one and they work fine. Madden 12 is no longer on spotlight so I no longer have access to the download. Xbox's solution was to refund my purchase but I still get the error and I don't have the pack. I want the pack since I am trying to get Deion and LT. Xbox is saying this is on EA since the other packs worked and I have the license for the Ultimate Pack it just doesn't apper to be loading in the game..

Please advise or let me know if you have any questions
