Help: This one is easy

For the achievement "This One is Easy" I created a MUT team for the first time ever and did not get credit for the achievement . I looked on some forums and it seems to be a common issue for those who loaded a MUT team from a previous Madden NFL game. I have never made a MUT team before this though. I made a team, have played 6 games with it and edited my roster and renamed my team and still didn't get anything. Please help. EA customer support told me to post on the forums. Thanks for the feedback!|||If I may add to this, I was hunting around online to see if there was a solution to this, and I happend upon a review where the author said that he too did not get this achievement, (his MUT was from Madden 10,) but because his team rating was already over 80, as soon as he clicked on the MUT menu for Madden 12 for the first time, as soon as his team loaded for the first time, he got that achievement, (the one for building a team over an 80 rating.) If what that author said is true, it appears that only the "This One is Easy" achievement needs to be fixed. Has this happend with anyone else? I hope that this does get fixed, because I was really looking forward to finally getting all the achievements in a Madden game. I've been buying Madden games since the SNES version of Madden '95, and I've never had a complaint about a Madden game. I even stuck with Madden when in the later 90's there were the Sega Sports football games that were supposibly "better." I hope they do fix this, because I know I'm not alone in feeling like we're being "punished" a little for being dedicated Madden fans. I know it's only a 5 point award, but I was really excited that I might be able to get the full 1000 points this year.
