AFC Head Coaches Glitch?

So I have 14 of the 15 coaches and the only one not collected his rex ryan. however I have 4, 4 Rex Ryans & when I send them to pending collection it still doesnt let me submit the card. Anyone know whats up with it?|||Try submitting it using your feet. Rex is very picky so maybe that will work... And if it doesnt just talk dirty to the rest of the cards?|||Thats quite funny but has anyone else experienced this problem lol.|||U have to get a different one, some Rex Ryans work and some don't. It's been a glitch for a while now.|||Dumb...I have 5 different ones & nothing.|||Mines always works
