Purchased coins but nothing has arrived yet

PSN is XP1STO. Is there a delay in getting them once you buy? Been waiting about 10 minutes now...|||Ive been waiting nearly three days. Still nothing.|||WTF?!?! You for real? That's a joke man. EA, can you please sort this out asap!! $110 (AUD) is a lot of money.|||Yes its true approx $140 of DLC and received zero.
Im hoping they can help me soon...its brought mut to a screaming stop for me.
Last year i lost about approx $16 in BCA packs and i let that slide due to ongoing blame from Sony/EA. It was easier just to take the loss but $140 is a bit different.

This is not the case. The money goes directly to EA accounts when you purchase anything inside madden/mut. Dont let EA push you towards Sony. Thats why the card pack/coin purchases dont show in your download list on the psn.
EA have acknowledged its a fault there end they are aware of in an email to me.

Ive been playing mut since 10, so i am aware how to purchase coins/card packs etc. I think the majority of issues are ps3 users.|||Whoever is to blame this is a joke and I will not be letting it go, even once it's resolved. I would love someone from EA to come on here and explain what's going on. This is what I got from 3 different EA people:

Hitender: When did you purchase the coins ?
Chris Giaouris: About 5 or 6 hours ago...
Hitender: From psn store?
Chris Giaouris: Correct, I pressed 'triangle' in the game and purchased that way.
Chris Giaouris: The purchase is showing on my transaction history also
Hitender: In that case yon need to contact to PSN store.

Tony H.: I apologize but I am unable to see the transaction on my side as the transaction was through Sony. I can't give you coins.
Chris Giaouris: So nobody wants to take responsibility for my missing coins or $110?
Tony H.: Your purchase was through Sony, not Electronic Arts. When we let a company print copies of our games for their console we sell the rights to them and any in game purchases go to the company *Sony* or for Xbox 360 *Microsoft*. I can't refund a purchase that was not directly through Electronic Arts. I do apologize.
